Chudovo Successfully Passed Required Audit for the Diia City Membership

The Diia City audit is mandatory for all residents. In general, this audit cannot be called a standard financial statement of the company. An audit for Diia City is considered an independent conclusion that is performed by the subject of auditing activity based on the results of checking the statements of the Diia City resident specified in his compliance report. In other words, this audit checks only those data that are set out in the Diia City resident’s report and includes the following

• Compliance and compliance with the requirements for the amount of company income (Every month, the amount of qualified income of a legal entity is checked for compliance with the established criterion, according to which it must be at least 90% of the total income for the relevant period.)
• Compliance with the size of the average monthly remuneration of employees (not less than the equivalent of 1,200 euros at the official hryvnia to euro exchange rate determined by the NBU on the first day of the relevant month.)
• The compliance of the average number of employees and gig specialists of a legal entity with the established minimum is monitored – at least nine people per month.
• Compliance of the services provided (services should be IT-related)

Not all audit companies can prepare the necessary report and issue the appropriate conclusion. Such powers are possessed by those audit entities that have the right to conduct a mandatory audit and are included in a special register. An audit Report that is provided by an independent auditor is an independent opinion, provided by the entity of audit activity based on the results of the verification of the statements of the resident of the Diia City, set out in its Compliance Report, taking into account the requirements of Ukrainian legislation, international standards on assurance engagements (ISAEs) or international standards on auditing (ISAs)
