The following internal hiring procedure enables fill .NET cloud developers’ positions efficiently:
What is the hiring process by the customer: usually, the customer selects 1 or a few candidate CVs for the cloud .NET developer position. The process of candidate verification differs for each company. In our experience, we had cases when the customer could hire the developer without the interview if our other engineers on a similar project showed good results. Anyway, this is a rare case. As a rule, the customer verifies the soft & hard skills (tests, interviews) of the .NET candidate for the cloud developer position and after decides on the potential hire.
