After the customer sends the request with the initial requirements to the candidates and basic information about the project, our team starts processing it and initiates the hiring process

We search for the candidates in our team or initiate the search at the desired location in our available network of over 5000 developers. We screen and interview the engineers to asses their technical and soft skills. In case of the match, we provide the CVs to the customer for further processing by him and making the final decision.
The team is ready to start
After establishing the dedicated development team, we provide the hired developers with the hardware/software and all the necessary resources for the work. Besides, we clearly set up communication channels for efficient project collaboration.
Project launch
The project starts, and the developers are ready to contribute under your direct management. You can manage the software engineers from your side or hire a PM on-site as a part of the dev team.
